In prepping for a chat I helped facilitate for the team at The Patient Revolution, I came across this quote in Victor’s book:
These words really build a visual around the effort of diabetes management. There’s a tremendous amount of work that goes on behind-the-scenes of diabetes – so many individual threads and colors on this particular patient loom – but rarely do I stop and appreciate the patterns of this tapestry I work on daily.
So, so true!
You knwo today Sheryl said, you know for the things you deal with medically you do OK. That is high praise from my wife, who usually has little praise for mot things.
I said thanks, it feels like I have some things under control, some not and most in a state of flux. I thanked her and took stock. It is nice to see the finished product when the loom has been working at a feverish pace. Sometimes we can glimpse it.
