Giving thanks.
Since I'm short on time to post today, save for these few lines, I'm leaving you with the November edition of Generation D.: Giving Thanks.
And, like last year's foolishness, I offer up my hand turkey:

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Kerri,
I was reading your Giving Thanks Blog, and it made me cry. In a good way. I have a 5-year-old daughter who has had diabetes for 3 years. I hope we do as well with her, as your parents did with you, teaching her the importance of taking good care of herself with grace. When I read of your gratitude to your parents it made me happy to think it is possible, that we can also do this... hence the tears. Thanks for sharing.
